The Memorial Path leads from Bedford Square to the south door of the All Saints’ Church. It set in the beautiful surroundings of our churchyard and flanked by memorial plaques personalised with names of loved ones, as well as their years of birth and death.
The construction of this path is part of our wider Restoration and Renewal project for the parish. This project improves access to the church for people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users, as well as young children in push-chairs, and it provides a dignified place of remembrance for deceased loved ones. We continue to welcome sponsorships for memorial plaques. Sponsor one today! Our call for sponsorship is open to everyone. The loved ones you wish to remember do not need to be buried at All Saints’, or indeed in Houghton Regis. |
